Delightful onboarding

Users were introduced to the main value proposition of the application during the onboarding flow — which was to enable easy scheduling of live classes. The app also enabled teachers to collect payments seamlessly without any delay. Such important messages were introduced to the users during their onboarding experience. This considerably increased the adoption rate of app by teachers as well as improved the retention rate of customers.

Payment collection and class schedule

Several app features were designed carefully to address painponts brought up during user feedback sessions. One such solution was the ability to cancel and reschedule classes. User flow in the app was carefully crafted to achieve the same. In addition, features that enable attendance marking, feedback collection and assignment submission were also added to address user painpoints.
